The task
Bring field crews and dispatchers into one workspace: assign moves, record item condition and collect client signatures without paper forms.
The solution
A responsive PWA for desktop, iPhone, iPad and Android. Crew members work with assigned moves, inventory items, damage photos and screen signatures. Dispatchers manage jobs and assignments. Administrators manage the team, document templates and integrations.
- Working hours, shipment weight and total charge calculations.
- Canvas signatures with a finger, stylus or mouse.
- Server-generated PDFs, signed document snapshots and an email delivery queue.
- IndexedDB drafts and photos, a synchronization queue and duplicate protection.
- A shared PostgreSQL database, S3-compatible storage and a REST API for CRM integrations.
- English and Russian interfaces with light and dark themes.
The interface
Screenshots use an isolated demonstration database. The slider includes light and dark desktop versions and four mobile screens in phone frames: the move overview and charge calculator for each theme.
